Still Icy

I hate to say it, especially when I look at other blogs and see "spring" and "summer" photos, but we have 4 degr. F right now (7 am). The little icicles fell off our railing in the meantime, but there is still a lot of ice around the tree branches. Needless to say, our bird feeders are in high demand!

It is an issue of the circus, it is a real acrobat.

We had the most amazing 'spring' day here yesterday. It was up to 17centigrade!!! Very peculiar for February. I still long for a smattering of snow. I shall content myself with your wonderful photos Gudl!

February is typically the coldest month of winter here. We should be seeing the light at the end of the tunnel soon... I hope.

That's an acrobatic squirrel. Well, I guess they all are. What a great shot of him! It is super cold today here too!

Look on the bright side, Gudl, all this cold weather you are having is killing off all the mosquito larvae that will invade the rest of us this summer who live in more temperate climates!! :-)

Good shot of that squirrel - funny little guy. I didn't know they would eat suet.

The last time I was here there was only the song link. I came back, confused, and found the squirrel picture. I like it better with the squirrel. LOL
