Ice Rain in the Little Forest on Ash Wednesday

This is a bush in front of our house. The following night we had snow, and more snow since then and the world is all white. In the meantime the ice fell off the trees and bushes because of high winds and it sounded like rain, but it was the ice cracking and falling. Partly it is still on the trees and it shimmers silver in the sun. It really looks fantastic.
