We have a lot of birds coming to our feeders, but this one is one of the nicest. I love his red head!

Wir haben auch viele Vögel an unserem neuen Vogelhaus;so ein schöner kommt hier sicher nie her.
Wir freuen uns schon wenn mal ein Rotkehlchen da ist,ansonsten nur Meisen und Amseln,machen uns grosse Freude.

I have one on my birds blog. He is a Red-bellied Woodpecker. They are nice birds and will hang around the area for a long time. If you see one like this with the top of the head a gray color that will be the female. If it is all red on top then it is the male.
