Getting Wood

Our daughter is bringing wood in.
This year winter started early. Since the snowstorm beg. of the week it continued to snow now and then. But that is actually normal for here. You can say that from Dec. to March our world here is white!

Hallo "mulled vine" .... nice to meet you!

It is very cold here. 9 degrees now. We still have about 4 inches of snow on the ground. We may get more snow tonight.

I like your photograph and the little barn in the woods.

Your scenes and countryside are so beautiful, but I'm glad you let us know there is also work involved in bit of heaven on earth.

"Chestnuts roasting by an open fire...." :)

Our family likes snow, but I'm not so sure about having it around continually for four months! We did get some last night.

Very Christmassy!

Hey, is your German the same as the English word for word and will this help me to speak German?

We make a lot of bags that we ship out to a customer in Germany and I would like to wish Andreas a Happy Christmas extra in an email, any tips?

Oh Martin, what am I going to do with you?
It definitely will be fun if you copy my writing, assuming it is the same word for word!!

Here is a Christmas suggestion for your buddy!
Frohe Weihnachten und ein glueckliches Neues Jahr.
(Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year) How's that?

Thanks Gudl but can I trust you? Does it really say something like "Your Mother looks like a camel butt!"

Oh, okay, You have a nice honest face, I trust you ... you know I am only joking!

Thanks for this my friend.

It sure is snowy! I love a wood-burning stove. I really miss that from growing up! We had 2 wood-burning stoves in my childhood home.

Martin is very silly!!!!
