Hummingbird Feeder
We have a hummingbird feeder on our patio and we have a lot of hummingbirds come and drink from it especially in the morning and in the evening. As you can see, Mr. Hummingbird is drinking while standing in the air and on the last photo you can the the female, sitting down. Tomorrow I will show you another animal that is also very interested in the sweet drink!

It is very beautiful this hummingbird, I did not think that there was as much of it. it is nice their to open a coffee ;o)
Wow! Are they amazing birds!? I tried to get a picture of one when we went camping.. it was the smallest one I had ever seen.
They are so fast!
I have a hummingbird feeder on my porch - but have yet to get a decent picture of them. *sigh* Usually I can refill the feeder in about a week (except at the end of the season)... this year it is gone in less than two days! Of course it has also been visited by Orioles so are probably the ones inhaling it!
Thanks also for your kind comments about the wedding pictures. You brightened my day! :)
They are difficult to get a picture of! I tried a hummingbird feeder once and all I got was ants!
Beautiful pictures! We get ants, but the birds come, too, so it evens out.
OH what sweet pics of your tiny visitor... thanks for sharing! :)
OH tip! Ants hate oil- rub some veg oil or olive oil aroudn the top of the feeder and they will stay away!
It's always a surprise and a special pleasure when you see these active little birds being still, isn't it?
Tolle Fotos!
