I wonder what kind they are. I know the sweet cherries around here will be ready for picking around July 1st. I called and asked because I just have to go pick some!

I like the photo of cherries. My tree is very old and the cherries that it had on it are all gone to the birds. I have a wild cherry tree and it was stripped of the cherries on it -- all except two bunches that I covered with nylon hose to protect them until they ripen.

Yes, they are actually sweet, but tiny.
