Well, we are back home in the forest!! But as a farewell photo I will show you the house we just sold, the house we lived in before we moved to America. It is a douplex and we lived on the left side of it (this is for you, Greg ;-) The other photo shows the view you have from the front bedroom window. The red brick church is the one protestant church of the town. In the background you see the old castle again.
Nun gut.

Lemming, you are funny! My nieces and sister asked whether we made it home ok. We did. We had a lot of fun, but are glad to be home, too! If I ever run out of photos from the little house and surroundings, I will post a few more Germany pics.
How long have you been in America? I have a friend (coworker) who is moving back to Bosnia after living in America for 13 years. I gave her a long hug the other day, I hate to see her go. She is leaving because her husband wants to go back and said he would leave with her or without her. She will leave a 20 yr. old daughter here in the states. So sad!
We live here 12 years and we all love it. We will not move back to Germany, at least not at this point. You never know what you do when you are really old. Sometimes I think I would like to live half year here and half year there.
I'm glad you like it here. We like you too. I remember the first time I saw you. You had just moved here.
