It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood...



























I just went outside and snapped these pictures to show you that spring has sprung in the Little Forest!! Daisy got a good brush before they went for a ride.... she was very dusty! The first photo shows one of our baby chickens! They look like hens already and they all live together is the coop now.
Ich war gerade draussen u habe diese Aufnahmen gemacht, weil ich euch zeigen wollte, dass hier nun auch endlich der Fruehling eingekehrt ist! Daisy wurde vor dem Ausritt gebuerstet u sie hatte es auch sehr noetig! Sie war sehr staubig. Das erste Foto zeigt eins unserer kleinen Huehnchen, die nun schon so gross sind u zusammen mit den zwei Alten im Huehnerhaus wohnen.

It was a very nice day. After yesterday's "snow" I was pleasantly surprised.

Endlich Frühling! Da spriessen die Krokusse, da wachsen die Hühnchen und da fliegt der Staub nur so vom Pferd, haha! ;-))

How beautiful. Our spring, if you can call it that, comes in fits and starts with winter competing whenever and often in the process. Sometime in the middle of May we will say spring is here. By the end of the month it will be summer in temps except for Memorial Day which is traditionally, snow in the high country!
