The Trees are Throwing Things...

In the last week whenever I go for a walk I hear the noise of acorns and other 'nuts' falling off the trees. Then I always think 'good...that is for the deer to eat in winter', because they do. I have seen them standing there, scraping the snow to the side and looking for these 'fruits'.

I like this post a lot-both the writing and the picture, which is beautiful.

I agree with M. and the title, "The Trees are Throwing Things" made me laugh. I imagined nuts and pinecones bouncing off your head as you walk through the forest.

A beautiful picture for "Erntedankfest" for animals.
Happy Sunday !
