The first plate shows a shank,the second the grilled pork steaks, the third the Bratwurst Platter!

The food on each plate looks scrumptious. I'll be in Wisconsin in October among a lot of German-Americans. I sure hope some of them cook some of these dishes for me.

I had a bratwurst platter...only I had mashed potatoes with mine.
I happened to look at this before I've eaten lunch.
Now I'm really hungry. Yum.
