On my walks with Abby I often pass by this pond. In summer you can't see it from the road, because of the high grass, but now you do. A few people in the street own ponds. I think it is a peaceful sight.
Auf meinen Spaziergaengen mit Abby komme ich oft an diesem Teich vorbei. Im Sommer kann man ihn von der Strasse aus nicht sehen, weil die Graeser so hoch sind. In der Strasse haben ein paar Leute solche Teiche. Ich finde, sie sehen so friedlich aus.

I think I'd rather own a pond than a puddle. That's really what we have, a puddle, a big puddle.
