This is another little house that I see in our street. No explanation necessary for my American friends!

This is really cute.
I'm having fun on your site...because I try to see if I can look at the German and decipher it's meaning. I understood a lot of this...although I had to use a translation site to figure out that the children who used to wait here have grown up. (was I right about that?)
Time does fly quickly.
Or did you say they've grown older so that they drive themselves?
very good Priscilla! Yes, I said, they grew up and drive now.
LOL, hey no fair using more explanation in german than english. some of us are ignorant you know.;)
Lemming Lover, She said that the little house is a shelter for children who wait for the school bus. (This is helpful out in the country, particularly if you have a long driveway...and it is cold and snowy) She believes that the "children" who live at the house where this shelter is located are grown up and they drive now.
(My addition to the explanation is in the parenthesis)
thank you, Priscilla, for the translation!! Very good.
And Lm1, Sorry, I thought my 'American Friends' know, what a little bus house is (in Germany you don't have these little houses, because there is only public transportation)
This is a pretty big country. I doubt they have them in NYC or Boston either.
ah, well we have them too. but believe me they do not look like that. they are open and more like an open A frame. thanks for the translation.... ;P
