I saw this grasshopper in our driveway, approx. 2 inches big. It was jumping far!
"Guten Morgen kleines Kerlchen"...ich sah diese Heuschrecke in unserer Einfahrt, ca. 4 cm gross. Sie ist weit gesprungen!

I am so pleased to meet your little grasshopper and YOU! Oh my what a storybook garden homeland you come from!! I was saying to MOnica all day as we toured your country...I was totally in LOVE and very impressed with the Rhine region when visitng there last weekend!I am pleased that you stopped by my blog and I assure you that I shall be posting MORE photos in the near future of this region that has left it's imprint upon my heart as I am sure it is on yours!!
You seem to be a kindred spirit from what I can see from what you post and where you live (in the woods)I can understand why; now that I know where your homeland is and what it's like!
