Is that Snow?



No! That is toilet paper hanging from trees in our neighboring town! They have an old tradition to do this to trees on Halloween night. Strange....
Nein, das ist kein Schnee, sondern Toilettenpapier, das von den Baeumen haengt! Unser Nachbarort macht das seit vielen Jahren an Halloween. Seltsam...

They do that here too but ususally to homes with kids, teenagers, in school. The first rain washes it all away. It sure makes an interesting photographs. Thanks for your visit to my blog today.

I knew it! They've been doing this for years there. Some adults even take part in it. It's expected! When I first moved here I thought it was terrible...but now I'm used to it and think it's amusing.

Das machen sie hier immer in der sog. "Walpurgisnacht" von 30. April auf 1. Mai. Wickeln Autos ein und schmücken hier bei uns den Spielplatz damit. Irgendwie eklig, obwohl das Papier natürlich sauber ist!
