Last week our chickens moved from their little hen house into the new, big house! Not, that they complained! They loved their little house and laid many eggs, and they had already the big run (this small cage was only there for the move). But the small house was hard to clean and you had to bend to get the food filled etc.So Daddy build a nice, big coop and the chickens and the daughter are happy now!!
Letzte Woche sind die Huehner in ihr neues Huehnerhaus umgezogen. Nicht, dass sie sich beschwert haetten, im Gegenteil, sie liebten ihr kleines Haus u legten viele Eier u hatten ja schon den grossen Auslauf (diesen kl. Kaefig hatten sie nur fuer den Transport). Aber das kleine Haus war schwierig zu saeubern u man musste sich auch beim Futter fuellen buecken. So hat also der Herr Papa ein schoenes, neues Huehnerhaus gebaut u alle sind nun gluecklich u zufrieden, auch die Tochter !!

How nice a chicken tractor, that's what our chickens need. Hubby could place it in between the rows of grapes to kill off the grass and weeds. I'll have to show him this site.

Das ist mal ein edles Teil! Von sowas träumen bestimmt viele Hühner... Total schön geworden!
Da kann man sich richtig vorstellen, wie glücklich die Hühner sind!
Man wünscht sich das von den Hühnern bis zu den Menschen, dass alle zufrieden und glücklich sind!
Oma ist auch glücklich, sie hat den Simon auf dem Schoß wo er sich auch wohlfühlt :-)
