Deer don't like Daffodils - they do like Tulips ;-)
That's why we have a few of them in our yard. This photo is from yesterday. The deer looked at me and stayed and watched until Abby chased them away. There were more of them, that are not seen in the picture. We like it when they visit.

Imagine having deer in your yard. That is cool!!
How cute! Some of them look like young ones. They are very graceful looking animals. What a nice photo!
Nice pic. I didn't know deer don't like daffodils.
On a different note, I think I'll be home tomorrow (sat.) afternoon after our softball game.
I didn't know that about deers! Wouldn't mater in my yard anyway - I would be SHOCKED if I saw a deer in my yard! :)
I've heard daffodils are poisonous. maybe that's why the deer leave them alone. Maybe Abe knows...
How beautiful....When we visited our daughter in Cooperstown NY,...we took a drive up to Old Forge and the deer were laying in the yards and walking all over the town...One walked up to our van...You live in such a beautiful place...
What a nice spot you live in...so peaceful!
WHOA! What a great shot! I love it! Sure does say spring with those darling little flowers at their feet. :)
The deer look very nice in your photograph. I think they were just visiting your flowers.
Good afternoon Gudl: Think I'm fianally at a place, where I will have time to visit all my blog friends on a daily basis.
I love the deer pictures ~~ so they prefer tulips ~~ how lucky for the daffodils ((smile))

Hmmm... I did not know that... I guess that is why I see so many in Mariposa.
Thank you! I just learned something.
I love the deer picture and I've been meaning to say your profile photo is really cute too.
Wow! What a lovely photo! And the daffodils add such a cherry burst of color contrast, too!
