I always find it puzzling that the weather can vary so greatly from place to place.
I have to admit, that these photos were taken in Oct ;-)
Right now a few trees have no leaves and the grass is not as green. Lots of grass around the neighborhood is brown in fact. But I did sit in the sun and enjoyed the warm air!!

I still think it's incredible. Last February we left the wintery northeast and flew to San Francisco where the temperatures were late springlike. Then we left there, returned home, and landed in a Rochester snowbank. No joke. You should have seen the snow fly and that plane was struggling to stay where it was supposed to be. (Kind of exciting!)

Vielen Dank! Es ist 'klein aber fein' , 10 Min mit dem Auto vom Strand entfernt. Das wollten wir aber so. Am Strand direkt haetten wir auch was kaufen koennen, aber da ist es oft sehr, sehr windig u ausserdem sind da so viele Touristen, das ganze Jahr ueber. Lieber bisschen Abstand dazu haben...
